WEST KELOWNA - Four local families are looking for new accommodations this morning after an overnight fire significantly damaged their home.

West Kelowna Fire Rescue chief Jason Brolund says no one was injured and firefighters were able to contain the 1 a.m. blaze to one of five multi-family units at Westbank First Nation's Quail Court however four families were evacuated for safety reasons. It's unclear how they long they will be out.

Brolund says the cause of the fire off Boucherie Road is undetermined but suspicious and they will be investigating the cause later today.
