WEST KELOWNA – Residents of West Kelowna are in for a noisy week as construction-related blasting will be taking place at the end of Rosealee Lane.

According to a release from the District of West Kelowna, a blasting permit has been issued so Kara Vista Developments Ltd. can clear rock from the property.

Work will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays until April 3 with sirens before and after each blast in accordance with WorkSafeBC requirements.

Residents with concerns regarding blasting activity can contact TT Contractors Ltd. at 778-478-3559 or email: office@ttcontractors.ca; or Charlie Higgins, Project Manager, WSP Canada Inc. at 250-980-5504 or email: Charlie.higgins@wspgroup.com.
