Police are warning the public that a man with a history of child exploitation is moving to Kamloops after his long term supervision order expired.

James Leo Gracie, also known as Finn McInnis, 61, completed his supervision order on April 17, 2021, according to a recent RCMP press release.

Gracie, who has been convicted of sexual assault and forcible confinement against children, poses a high risk to re-offend, police say.

Gracie is 6'2", about 176 lbs, with hazel eyes and brown hair. A tattoo on his right arm shows a 'slimjim' and rattlesnake, while his lower left arm has a heart and leaves. There is also a heart tattooed on his upper left arm.
