Cowboy Junkies and Michael Bolton part of Okanagan winery's summer concert series

WEST KELOWNA - Mission Hill Family Estate Winery in West Kelowna is gearing up for another season of outdoor concerts.

This year’s performers include Canadian alternative band Cowboy Junkies, Grammy award winner Michael Bolton, singer-songwriter Jewel, and Grammy award winning pop and jazz instrumentalist Chris Botti, according to a media release.

“A concert performance under the open sky at our outdoor amphitheatre is a truly unforgettable experience,” proprietor Anthony von Mandl says in the release. “There is something extraordinarily special about this intimate hilltop location.”

The Cowboy Junkies will perform on Friday, July 7 at the 1,200 seat amphitheatre, followed by Michael Bolton on Saturday, July 8, Jewel on Friday, July 28 and Chris Botti on Thursday, Aug. 3.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, May 3 at 10 a.m. at missionhillwinery.com or by calling 250-762-5050.
