VERNON - Alberta-raised country music artist Gord Bamford is slotted to play an "intimate and exclusive" show in Vernon.
Okanagan artist Jesse Mast is set to open for Bamford on Nov. 17 at the Vernon Performing Arts Centre, according to a release from The Community Touring Alliance.
The CTA says Bamford is coming off of a big year. Bamford toured across Canada and had additional shows in Austrailia, Switzerland and the USA. For his album, Tin Roof, Bamford won the 2016 Canadian Country Music Association Album of the Year.
Fan club tickets are available starting Friday, Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. Tickets for the general public are available Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 9 a.m.
