Cops looking for youths who caused a ruckus at Kelowna mall

Kelowna RCMP officers are hoping to identify a group of youths who set off firecrackers of a smoke bomb at Orchard Park Mall.

Police were called to the mall shortly after 6 p.m. last night, Feb. 11, according to an RCMP media release. The incident happened at the food court. 

“Witnesses reported the group of teens departed towards the bus loop, and then fled the area when police arrived,” the release says.

Anybody with information or dashcam footage from of the incident is asked to call the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300 and mention file number 2023-7874.
