Clouds and rain to wrap up August in the Okanagan

OKANAGAN - The sky will clear today in the Okanagan making way for a couple days of sunny, warm weather before the clouds begin rolling in later in the week, with rain in the forecast by Thursday.

Environment Canada is calling for sunshine today with a high of around 30 Celsius and an overnight low of 12 C.

A mix of sun and cloud tomorrow with a high of about 28 C. Cloudy periods overnight Tuesday with a low of 14 C.

Sunny and hot on Wednesday, with a high of 29 C. The temperature will drop to 13 C overnight with a 40 per cent chance of showers.

Both sunshine and cloud, and much cooler on Thursday with a high of only 22 C. The rain begins overnnight with a low of 13 C.

Showers all day Friday with a high of only 17.

Normal temperatures for this time of year are highs of 24 C and lows of 11 C.
