KAMLOOPS - The City of Kamloops is advising motorists and transit users of significant delays as construction crews begin paving downtown today.

In a tweet, the City says crews will begin paving below the B.C. Lottery Corporation building and City Hall, on Seymour Street West, in the slip lane, in front of Spoke N' Motion and the Mustard Seed today, Oct. 2.

All businesses will remain open and accessible, the post reads.
