Linklater says an unknown man entered the Chase Groceteria, brandished a knife and demanded money from the clerk. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled on foot.

Police describe the suspect as a First Nations man, approximately 5'6", with a medium build. He was wearing a black hooded sweater, grey pants and a red handkerchief covering his face.
