TIME Winery and Kitchen’s Black White and Red gala event is starting at 9 p.m. The price of admission includes a complimentary glass of TIME wine or a local craft beer, and late night appetizers. The soulful music of Le Mo Nay, Julie Masi and Steve Soucy will provide entertainment for the evening. Tickets are still available.
Go back in time with Rann Berry's Time Machine at the Dream Cafe, where there will be live covers of your favourite bands from the 1960s to the 1980s. The show starts at 9:30 p.m. and bubbly will be served at midnight. More information is available here.
Then there's the "Steal the Night" party at Penticton Lakeside Resort Ballroom. There will be music from Trilojay with special guests the Darlings Cabaret, and dancing. The event page promises a dynamic evening of food truck inspired food.
There are also some free events going on.
If you're feeling nostalgic, Mile Zero Wine Bar is hosting a 1970s theme party at their Ellis Street location. The Facebook page promises cheap drinks and vinyl all night long starting at 10 p.m.
For those wanting to get the party on a bit earlier Naramata Pub and Grill is showcasing local rock trio Roland Allen at 8 p.m. They say "dress to impress" on their Facebook event.
