Canadian rock icon coming to Okanagan and Kamloops

PENTICTON - One of Canada’s best known musicians is on his way to a pair of dates in the Thompson-Okanagan.

Bryan Adams is coming to Penticton on Thursday, Nov. 17 and Kamloops on Friday, Nov. 18 as part of his “Get Up Tour” supporting his latest album "Get Up."

Adams will be appearing at Kamloops' Sandman Centre and Penticton's South Okanagan Event Centre. Tickets for both shows range from $69 to $99.

The singer-songwriter has sold more than 100 million records and singles worldwide, including such hits as “Heaven,” “I Do It For You,” “Summer of 69,” and “Run To You."

Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30 at the Valley First Box Office at the events centre in Penticton and the Sandman Centre ticket office, via phone at 1-877-763-2847 or online at www.livenation.com and at ValleyFirstTIX.com.
