Big Sugar is stopping in Kamloops and Kelowna on a tour of Western Canada this spring and tickets are still available.
The rock and blues band is celebrating the re-issue of their 1993 album 500 Pounds with the tour called An Evening with Big Sugar.
The Toronto-based band was among the top 25 best-selling Canadian bands in the country between 1996 and 2016 and is recognized by hit songs like Turn the Lights On and Diggin’ A Hole.
The tour kicks off in Red Deer, Alberta on Feb. 27 and arrives in BC in March 17 with stops in Fernie, Kelowna, Vancouver, Victoria and Kamloops.
The Kelowna performance is at Revelry Food & Music Hub at 9 p.m., April 19, while the Kamloops event will be at the Blue Grotto at 8 p.m. on April 25.
