SEOUL, South Korea - Reports say the father and grandparents of a member of South Korean boy band Super Junior have died in a suspected murder-suicide.

The Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported on its website Tuesday that Lee Teuk's grandparents were found dead in bed while his father was hanging by a rope around his neck at their Seoul home Monday.

The newspaper cited an unidentified police officer as saying Lee's father left a suicide note suggesting he killed himself after strangling his parents.

Other South Korean media carried similar reports.

Seoul police couldn't immediately confirm the reports.

Super Junior is one of South Korea's most famous boy bands, known for their boyishly polished looks and synchronized dance routines that have earned them heartthrob status across Asia.
