In this photo by Dar Yasin, an eagle flies past workers removing weeds from Dal Lake in Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir. Fog and cold weather were affecting the region Tuesday. The picturesque lake nestled in a Himalayan valley freezes only in extreme cold.
