An online event poster, which incidentally spells it 'Kamploops,' indicates Saccoccia will be stopping in the tournament capital as part of his Open Up B.C. Tour this month.
The tour starts in Prince George on March 11, then goes to three locations on Vancouver Island, including one event at CHEK News, before coming back up through Vancouver to end up at Kamloops’s Riverside Park Bandshell at 6 p.m. on March 21. City of Kamloops officials would not confirm if valid permits were created for the event. He's also planning a stop at Kelowna's Stuart Park on March 22 at 6 p.m.

The poster indicates masked and vaccinated members of the public are welcome to attend.
