Abbotsford, B.C., police probe Sunday night accident involving two pedestrians

ABBOTSFORD, B.C. - Two pedestrians have been hit and injured in Abbotsford, B.C.

The unidentified victims were in a marked crosswalk at about 8 p.m. Sunday when they were hit.

Abbotsford police issued a social media post saying a single vehicle was involved.

The driver remained at the scene.

The accident investigation closed a busy street beside Abbotsford's Rotary Stadium for about five hours.

It was raining heavily at the time but police have not commented on a cause of the collision. (CKNW)
