A little bit of everything in the Kamloops weather forecast this week

KAMLOOPS - The snow on the hills this morning in Kamloops means we’ve finally seen the last of those lingering warm autumn temperatures, according to the forecast from Environment Canada.

Get your fireplaces ready as this week is promising to be chilly.

Sunshine may peek through the clouds today, Nov. 28, but there’s still a chance of wet flurries. Even with that precipitation, today will be the warmest day of the week, with highs reaching 6 Celsius. The daytime temperatures will get progressively colder as the week goes on, hovering between 2 C and 3 C through Thursday.

Tomorrow should offer up a mix of sunshine and clouds during the day, with a chance flurries overnight, and temperatures dropping to 0 C.

Those chilly, wet conditions will stick around Wednesday, with a 40 per cent chance of flurries.

Sunshine is expected return on Thursday but by the evening, clouds and flurries will settle in comfortably for a few days.

On Friday, expect a high of 5 C, but a 40 per cent chance of rain or snow means the slightly warmer temperatures won’t feel like much of a change.
