Passengers exposed to someone with COVID-19 are not directly notified of their potential exposure, according to the B.C. Centre for Disease Control.
Instead, that information is posted on the centre’s website. Where information on affected rows is available, passengers seated in these rows should be considered to be at higher risk of exposure due to their proximity to the case, according to the centre.
Anyone arriving in British Columbia from outside of Canada is required to self-isolate and monitor for symptoms for 14 days upon their arrival.
For individuals who need assistance or cannot read the list of public exposures can call 1-888-COVID19.
