  • College hosts 3rd annual Lie Neilsen woodworking hand tool event

    Hobbyists and enthusiasts are invited to a rare opportunity to see the art and craft of fine woodworking in action at the 3rd annual Lie-Nielsen Hand Tool Event at Okanagan College’s Kelowna campus on February 21 and 22.

    Presented by the College’s Studio Woodworking program, the event will feature workshops, question and answer sessions, and hand tool demonstrations delivered by Jeremy Tomlinson, woodworking instructor at Urban Woodworker in Vancouver.
  • Royal Inland Hospital site update

    With recent final approval of the Clinical Services Building project, Interior Health has been busy with next steps. This includes the posting of requests for proposals for a project compliance Team, as well as architect and engineering services for site preparation to begin this summer.
