    KELOWNA - The Regional District of Central Okanagan advises a controlled burn is underway today (Thursday, February 23rd) in a portion of Black Mountain / sntsk‘il’nt?n Regional Park (sinch-KEEL-en-tin).

    Crews are disposing of fire hazard debris collected as part of a five-hectare fuel modification project in the park.
