Get ready, the Living Things International Arts Festival is back, with three weeks of internationally acclaimed live performances!
It’s groundbreaking theatre, art and performances that will leave you feeling exhilarated. These are the shows that get big cities buzzing… and they’re coming here.

The festival kicks off with Manual (https://www.facebook.com/events/500216118889790/500216132223122/?active_tab=about), a one-on-one, guided experience at the UBC Okanagan
Library. From Montreal and Toronto. Tickets are limited!
Downtown Kelowna will feature Lontano/Instante: a double-bill of circus/theatre performances from Compagnie 7bis of France, highlighting the intersection between technical mastery and powerful, theatrical metaphor.
Additionally, back by popular demand, last year’s festival hit, Mutatis Mutandis returns for an extended run. There will be other experiences, including found-object puppetry, public workshops with acclaimed guest instructor Jeremy James, and experimental new music and dance performances with guest artists from Alberta, Montreal and beyond.
Living Things is funded by the BC Arts Council, the City of Kelowna, the Canada Council, Heritage Canada, and UBC Okanagan’s FCCS. We are also grateful for support from the centre culturel francophone, local sponsors and donors, and our generous and enthusiastic group of volunteers.
Showtimes beginning as early as 11 AM, and as late as 8:30 PM.
