Wednesday from 7-8 pm $15 *series available on website Relax your whole self with Kate Fagervik and frosted quartz crystal singing bowls, Wednesdays this Summer at Noble Wellness Studio! Bathe your cells in healing frequencies as you lay in savasana or sit in meditation for this weekly ritual where Kate plays the bowls and clients meditate with healing sounds. Wear cozy clothes, bring a water bottle and prepare to relax like never before. Everyone is welcome to this weekly event; children in attendance must understand how to behave in a studio environment.
