Event Description

The sound bath is a sonic healing session that you can experience while floating comfortably in the warm salt waters. We play a series of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls in the water plus on and under the body. This internal sound massage leaves your body feeling de-stressed, refreshed and invigorated at the same time. Beyond the benefits already discussed, this "regenerative entrainment" can assist in stress management, creativity, emotional release, self -discovery, rebirth and spiritual evolution. Held once a month - limited to 8 floaters - Friday evening event.
