Date: July 12th Time: 7 - 8:30pm Cost: $35 +tax Sound Bath + Full Moon Ceremony with Alexandria Join us on July 12th for an evening of deep relaxation and connecting to the moon. Allow movement and sound to restore your body, mind and soul during this powerful time. We will begin our evening with some yogic movements; getting out of our heads and into our bodies. Then we will flow into a guided group meditation, connecting to the energy of the full moon. We will take a moment to write out any intentions, insights or things we wish to release with this Moon. A deep and restorative sound bath with the crystal singing bowls and Alexandria's vocals, will guide you through the release or opening of your intention. This event is appropriate for all levels. This session has a limited capacity! RSVP in advance to guarantee your spot. -- This 1.5hr hour workshop will help us connect as a community. Gathering together in community is more powerful than you know - together we are stronger, together we will grow. -- About your host: Alexandria is an accomplished sound healer, yoga teacher and performer. Based in Toronto, she has had the pleasure of teaching thousands of people and children. She has created the NÜLOVE and Zen Dogs Wellness brands; two endeavours that marry the power of yoga, wellness and music. Alexandria lives her life guided by love and believes in peace and harmony amongst all living and sentient beings.
