The Okanagan Valley Throwdown is a high-intensity competition that brings together athletes from Western Canada and the US to compete in Penticton, BC. This event is designed to test the strength, endurance, and skills of the athletes, and it is sure to be an exciting spectacle for spectators.
The competition is in the style of CrossFit, with a series of events taking place over the course of a single weekend. There will be a total of 5 events, each designed to challenge the athletes in different ways.
