The Ultimate Canadian Rush Tribute Act to play BC After touring Quebec and the eastern provinces, New World Men, the sound of Rush, is coming to British Columbia for the first time in late May. They will be performing in the Okanagan region (Kamloops, Penticton and Kelowna) then head to the lower mainland for Chilliwack and Surrey. This power trio from Montreal, Quebec, has been turning heads for a decade and for good reasons. One look at their video performances will attest to that: A pristine rendition of the Rush classics, immaculate sound quality, multi-camera live broadcast of their performance, matching suits, and a singing drummer! "Our goal is to deliver the sounds that Rush fans know so well. We don't intend to look like the originals, but we certainly do our best to sound like them!" says Matt. New World Men's Show is not just a roller-coaster of high-octane rock music with epic guitar solos, drum fills, and high-pitched singing. It's also some intimate acoustic moments where the band takes you back to the early days of Rush. "We want our show to be something you experience almost as a story, not just a delivery of one song after the next. That's what we strive to achieve." Matt told us. The formation has amassed a solid following of 63 thousand Rush fans from all over who come to see them perform live.
