Event Description

Are you curious about meditation, how it can benefit you and how to practice it? This introduction online is open to both those new to meditation and those who already have a practice going. It is FREE to join. Register on eventbrite (by clicking the eventbrite link below or in the ticket option) for free so I can email you the details on how to join the nightly meditations online. A combination of instruction, discussion and practice, I will offer a different technique for meditation each night. We will practice and then there will be time for discussion afterwards. You are also welcome to use whatever technique you are already using instead of the different techniques I offer. After the introduction you will chose a technique that resonates with you and use that same technique for the rest of the month. In the first five days (part 1) you will learn enough to continue your meditations on your own at home. Some of you may want to dive deeper and continue with part 2 and the nightly meditations with the group online for all of March. Part 2 has two advanced meditations on day 6 and 7 and continued nightly meditations together online until March 31st. I will offer suggestions of how to track your meditations and stay accountable and of course, having the energetic support and collaboration of the group is hugely helpful. Get your jammies on, grab your favourite tea and let's have a seat. Afterwards you can toddle off to bedtime without having to drive home. It's a really nice, convenient way to practice together.
