Cancelled due to COVID-19. Since we all find navigating our lives in these disruptive times challenging to say the least, I would like to offer you tools to make this life's journey more peaceful, rewarding and self- directed. Life does not have to be so stressful and difficult as many of us seem to make it. The self you have learned to recognize in the mirror is constantly reinforcing all kinds of limitations that do not need to exist. The essence of what you are is limitless. If you are wanting to explore how to access your unlimited self - how to engage the consciousness that is the essence of who you are - how to move beyond what is holding you back from living your highest potential, there are skills you can learn and inner wisdom you can connect with that put you back on the track you came here to live. If you would like to take charge of your life and connect with why you are here.......I would like to share with you what I know. Katina O'Neil has spent the last thirty years guiding people towards health and fulfillment as a Reiki Master and student of Shamanism; "As I enter the last quarter of my life, I am becoming more and more fascinated with questions that ask ‘what are we’. Moving away from the faith-based beliefs of my youth and looking for understanding in cutting age science and the wisdom of earth-based peoples, I am finding that asking ‘what am I’ is far more enlightening than ‘who am I’. It is an expansive question that provides clues as to how to heal, how to live from potential, and how to live in ever expanding wonder." Admission fee: $100.00 per person, or $105.00 at the door (No refunds) What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes, water bottles, folding chairs, blankets or yoga mats, a snack, and your journals and pens.
