Monday, June 17th 7:00-8:00pm at Optimiiize Kelowna, we have Nikki Jinks teaching her last class before she heads off to the island for a few weeks! Flow State - in this class we will work up to a nice flowing sequence that we'll repeat a few times. A really beautiful thing happens when you find a rhythm in your yoga practice and the transitions start to smooth out like honey - you drop into your flow state: being completely absorbed in the present moment filled with good vibes and a meditative-like steadiness.
