Kamloops Singing Valentines
Spreading Messages Of Love On Valentine’s Day
Each year we travel throughout Kamloops on Valentine’s Day spreading messages of love and caring with our Singing Valentines fundraiser. Because the special people in our lives are not the only ones who deserve a little love, we select a different local charity each year to support with this fundraiser.
What Is A Singing Valentine?
A Singing Valentine is the truly memorable, one-of-a-kind experience of having four well-dressed gentlemen appear to perform a special love song and present the recipient with a flower.
A Singing Valentine is an excellent way to show that special someone in your life how much you care for them. Singing Valentines are also a fun way to let a parent, grandparent, sibling, cousin, friend, coworker, team member, etc. know that they are important to you.
2025 Singing Valentines
We are thrilled to announce that our local charity recipient for the 2025 Singing Valentines is The Journey Fund! In 2022, the Thrive Collective therapists created the Journey Fund to provide trauma therapy for families in Kamloops who lack the financial means to access 1-1 clinical support. This fund allocates financial contributions to pay for therapy for parents requiring support. Parents are provided with a list of available and qualified therapists in Kamloops. Therapy is essential for increasing wellness and supporting life changes, but it can be expensive. Families without extended health benefits or specialized funding often miss out on the benefits of one-on-one support. Trauma healing should not be a luxury.
Deliveries
Singing Valentines will be delivered during the Morning (9:00 am to 12:30 pm), Afternoon (1:00 pm to 5:00 pm), and Evening (6:00 pm to 9:00 pm) time frames. When placing an order, one can choose from three song options: Cyndi Lauper’s True Colours, The Backstreet Boys’ I Want It That Way, and Van Morrison’s Brown Eyed Girl.
Morning and Afternoon delivery schedules will be based on bookings, and as such we cannot guarantee a delivery at a specific time, rather guaranteeing a delivery within that time frame. (We can give you a heads up when we’re on our way on the day though) This time frame approach enables us to plan out the most efficient route, maximizing the amount of deliveries possible while also giving us incredible flexibility to swing back around if a recipient was in a meeting, had to step out for a few minutes, etc. The cost for Morning and Afternoon deliveries is $60.
For the second year now you can book a specific time for a delivery in the Evening time frame. Because you are getting a guaranteed delivery time which means we’re cutting the number of deliveries we are able to make in half, an Evening booking is $120.
