Turn off WIFI - assist
Settings, cellular, scroll to the bottom, turn off WIFI assist. This will prevent your phone from using cellular data when connected to WIFI, to boost a weak WIFI signal.

Turn off any apps that don’t need to run on cellular data (WIFI usage only)
Settings, cellular, turn off app cellular data usage for all apps that can be used strictly on WIFI (App Store, Music, Games).

Turn off AutoPlay of video's on Facebook
Open Facebook, Menu bottom right (3 lines), Scroll to the bottom to Settings and Privacy, Choose the Settings option, Under Media and Contacts, choose Video's and Photos, Change the AutoPlay options to On WIFI Connections Only.

Under the phone's settings, Privacy, analytics, turn off share phone (and watch) analytics and turn off share iCloud analytics.
