Youths attempt to set a bush on fire in Kamloops

Three youths reportedly attempted to set a bush on fire in East Kamloops on Saturday.

Kamloops RCMP said they received the report at about 9:36 p.m. on Saturday, July 17.

Officers located the young people believed to be associated with the complaint in the 2000 block of Harper Road in the Dallas community, according to an RCMP media release.

There were no signs of fire or damage found.

Officers discussed their actions with them, took them home and spoke with their parents.
