An 18-year-old women slid three-quarters of the way down Dilworth Mountain in Kelowna after climbing over a guard rail yesterday.

RCMP officers, firefighters and other emergency services found her under a tree near Chilcotin Crescent and Bowron Street at about 12:20 p.m. yesterday, Sept. 27, according to an RCMP media release.

Officers descended the hillside, put her in a harness and lowered here down the hill.
