Someone has purchased a winning Lotto Max lottery ticket in Lake Country.

Nobody matched all seven numbers to win this week’s $70 million Lotto Max jackpot, however, two tickets matched the winning numbers to a $500,000 prize through MaxMillions – and one of them was purchased in Lake Country.

The lucky tickets numbers are 4, 12, 16, 17, 38, 41 and 42.

A ticket with identical numbers was also purchased in Quebec so the two winners will be splitting the $1 million.

To check the winning numbers in the Oct. 4 draw go here.

– This story was corrected at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2022, after stating the two winners split a $500,000 prize, while they actually split a $1 million prize.
