BC Wildfire Service has responded to a wildfire in Dutton Creek between Oliver and Penticton.
The fire is estimated to be four hectares as of writing this article, and its status is being held. The BC Wildfire Service says it's unlikely to grow.
The BC Wildfire Service is investigating the cause, and the Oliver Fire Department is aware of the smoke around the Gallagher Lake area.
There are no evacuation orders or alerts, and no area restrictions at this time.
