Business owners in West Kelowna can renew their City of West Kelowna business licences online, a service now available through most financial institutions.

The City has mailed renewal notices with payment instructions, including the new online payment option, to approximately 1,800 existing business licence holders. Look for your Customer Number on your business licence invoice and set up the City of West Kelowna business licence as a payee through your online banking.

West Kelowna business owners have until January 31, 2017 to renew licences for 2017. A late charge of $25 applies to business licences renewed after the deadline.

Businesses that missed receiving their licence renewal notice or new businesses requiring a licence can call 778-797-8810 or send an email.

More information, including fees, forms and types of licences, can be found online.
