PENTICTON - Tributes are pouring in on social media following the death of well-known Penticton wildlife artist Terry Isaac.

The Terry Isaac Gallery posted the news of his death on its Facebook page. The post says Isaac unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, July 16.

Isaac is being remembered for his kindness, talent, inspiration and humility, through more than 300 comments on the post.

“Terry was excited about his upcoming shows, workshops and paintings, as was obvious in his plans, conversations and inspirations,” the gallery said in the post.

The Terry Isaac Gallery, located at 475 Upper Bench Rd. in Penticton, will remain open for the summer with exhibits of his work.

Plans are in the works for a celebration of life in August, but no date has been set yet.
