At the November 21, 2016 Regular Council Meeting, Council resolved to release the results of the Wibit Water Park Proposal Survey to the public and to proceed with a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the establishment of a Wibit Water Park at Legion Beach.

Wibit develops temporary, inflatable water parks comprised of modular structures for recreational water play. Kelowna and Penticton currently support Wibit parks in the summer.

The survey was open until Friday, October 28, 2016.
