Washer, dryer stolen in Kamloops break-in

A thief left behind trash and dirty clothes for Kamloops homeowners after leaving with appliances this weekend.

Police were called Saturday morning for a residential break-in on Hilltop Avenue, according to a Kamloops RCMP news release.

The thief left with a stainless steel Frigidaire refrigerator and a white Electrolux washer and dryer set.

It's not clear when the break-in occurred, but police were called at around 11:10 a.m. on Oct. 21.
