KAMLOOPS — Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers is currently recruiting more people to join its board of directors.
The group is looking for volunteers that will help bring ideas and make decisions for the program, according to Volunteer Kamloops.
Those who apply must be 19 years or older to volunteer.
Crime Stoppers has been serving the Kamloops area since 1984. The organization works in association with the public, police and the media to solve crime.
The Kamloops program also takes tips for 14 other communities including Clearwater, Barriere, Cache Creek, Chase and Merritt.
