Norm Letnick is projected to be re-elected as MLA for Kelowna Lake Country.

At the time we called it Letnick had 54 per cent of the vote with 70 of 116 polls reporting.

The NDP’s Justin Kulick was a distant second with 25 per cent of the vote and the Green’s John Janmaat with 17 per cent.

Election results won't be official for another two weeks.

Letnick has held the riding since first being elected in 2009 and won the 2017 election with 59.8 per cent of the votes.

In the last sitting of the legislature, he was the Liberal health critic and worked closely with Health Minister Adrian Dix in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic.
