After a two-year hiatus, the popular Funtastic slo-pitch tournament is coming back to Vernon.
Funtastic will take place over the Canada Day July long weekend from July 1 to July 3.
The popular music festival is also back, and organizers are currently taking registrations for ball teams.
The popular slo-pitch tournament and music festival has been cancelled for the last two years due to the pandemic.

Funtastic was founded in 1984 and started off with about 20 teams playing. Now, almost 40 years later, the event generally sees around 160 teams compete from all over B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan.
The ball tournament sells out each year.
The tournament and music festival bring thousands of people to Vernon each year and raises money for a variety of different charities.
The event takes place at the DND Army Camp in Vernon, with some slow-pitch games often being held on Grahame Park at Fulton School.
