VERNON - B.C. Lieutenant Governor Judith Guichon took the time to stop for high tea with members of the RCMP as part of her tour of the interior February 18.
The scheduled visit took place at the Schubert Center with 70 invited guests in attendance. There were a few short speeches followed by photographs. Then Vernon RCMP officers began serving tea.
The social aspect of the event took place over two hours with the Lieutenant Governor chatting with guests.
