Salmon Arm RCMP detachment

A high value single piece of precious metal was turned into Salmon Arm RCMP and the search is on for the owners.
Someone found the precious metal, according to an RCMP media release issued May 13, and police would like to return it to its rightful owner.
RCMP didn’t say what the item was or what kind of precious metal it’s made of.
They did say the owner will be required to provide a detailed description of the item including the serial number and proof of ownership.
