Twenty years ago, it was called the "Trial of the Century."
Hall of Fame football star O.J. Simpson was charged with the June 12, 1994, murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman.
Every twist and turn of the case, from the slow-speed pursuit of the white Ford Bronco carrying Simpson to the courtroom scene of him trying on the glove allegedly worn by the killer to his acquittal, became fodder for the first big TV trial in an era of 24-hour news.
