LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Jubilee!, the campy Las Vegas show with over-the-top costumes, chorus boys and showgirls, will close on Jan. 30 for a complete makeover.

The show at Bally's Las Vegas hotel-casino is expected to reopen in March under the direction of Frank Gatson Jr., who claims responsibility for developing the hand gesture from Beyonce's "Single Ladies" music video. He's won six MTV Video Music Awards for best choreography.

Officials with Bally's parent company, Caesars Entertainment Corp., say the show is the longest-running in Las Vegas.

The new Jubilee! is expected to retain some of the costumes and sets that date to the show's 1981 debut, but the choreography and music will be redone. The company will hold auditions in the coming weeks for new cast members.
