KAMLOOPS — Police in Kamloops arrested two protestors outside the Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Centre yesterday, the same area where the Prime Minister was attending a federal Liberal party fundraiser.
Officers arrested and removed two men during the protests yesterday, Jan. 9, according to an RCMP media release.
RCMP describe the men as both in their 50s and say they were part of separate protest groups.
Police say one of the men may be facing criminal charges and the other was released without charge.
