PENTICTON - RCMP are investigating a pair of overnight break and enters in Penticton

Police spokesperson Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth says police were called to a break-in at a Yorkton Avenue home this morning, Oct. 10. The home was ransacked while the owner was in hospital.

Last night, a shipping container behind Shoppers Drug Mart was also broken into.

Wrigglesworth says thieves had cut the lock to gain entry. It is currently unknown what was taken.

No suspects have been arrested in either break-in as the investigations continue.
