TORONTO - Former "Bachelorette" star Jillian Harris is taking the helm of a new spinoff of "Love It Or List."
The Canadian interior designer and TV personality will co-host "Love It or List It Vancouver."
The new West Coast-based program is a spinoff of the W Network series starring home designer Hilary Farr and real estate agent David Visentin.
"Love It or List It Vancouver" will feature families in the city struggling with homes that no longer suit their needs. Harris will show homeowners a design in hopes of persuading them to stay put. Meanwhile, a real estate agent will work towards getting them to relocate to a new property.
Harris previously showcased her design chops on the small screen on the now-defunct U.S. series "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." Her new co-host will be announced at a later date.
The series is slated to launch next winter.
