SUN PEAKS - It's too soon to say if they'll be showing up in a bright white sports car, but Trooper is set to raise a little hell in Sun Peaks this weekend.
In the final installment of Sun Peaks Resort's sixth annual Summer Concert Series, a free concert by the Canadian rock legends will take place on Saturday.
The music will kick off at 3 p.m. with B.C. musicians Madison Bell and Richard Tichelman on the main stage.
B.C. Interior duo the Margit Sky Project will take the main stage at 4 p.m.
Shortly after 5 p.m., there will be Trooper merchandise and the band will sign autographs on the main stage.
The Juno-award winning band will then start their performance at 6 p.m.
The general admission area of the concert is free, but bring a lawn chair as seating will not be provided. Also pack a light coat or jacket as the mountain air will cool off in the evening.
